thoroughly cleanse the skin with mild preparations;

 

regularly exfoliate the skin without using scrubs;

 

do not use heavy, fatty products;

 

keep the rules of hygiene when getting rid of efflorescence;

 

avoid products that aggravate acne;

 

maintain a balanced diet;

 

clean your phone screen and change bedding regularly;

 

apply topically: 2% salicylic acid, tea tree oil, ichthyol ointment.
