International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredients

INCI composition is a list of all ingredients contained in the cosmetic;

they are listed in descending order

(substances in concentration less than or equal to 1% may be listed in any order).

The most important determinant of the quality of a product is its composition, including active substances that have a therapeutic effect; the effect of the product on the skin depends on their quantity and type.

Active components are not the only substances contained in cosmetics,

in addition to them, there are also base substances, auxiliary substances, consistency forming ingredients, preservatives, penetration promoters, fragrances and dyes.
