no booking fee;
access to evening, weekend, and holiday appointments;
samples, accessories, and product minis;
updates to plans according to changing circumstances.
LOYALTY PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS
LOYALTY is a loyalty programme granting access to exclusive discounts, promotional offers, and deals available only to Participants.

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS
These Terms and Conditions define the scope, conditions, and rules of participation in the LOYALTY Programme.
The Organiser of the Programme is THE CARMEN ROSE LTD.
The loyalty programme is endorsed by The Carmen Rose.
A Participant of the LOYALTY Programme is a natural person, with full or limited legal capacity, who joins the Programme under the terms described in these Terms and Conditions.
Participant’s Birthday Discount
A Participant of the LOYALTY Programme is entitled to a birthday discount equal to the Participant’s age.
This discount may be used within 3 months from the Participant’s birthday.
II. TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
A Participant is an adult person with full legal capacity, or a person with limited legal capacity who has written consent from a legal guardian or representative who has used The Carmen Rose services at least once.
Qualification for the Programme is automatic, voluntary, and constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions without reservations.
Automatic qualification occurs only if the Participant consents to the processing of their personal data for marketing purposes, including receiving offers and commercial information about services and products provided by the Organiser when filling out the client form.
Participation is personal and non-transferable, except that one of the available discounts (-20%) may be transferred to a close person.
Joining the LOYALTY programme requires using either 5 or more services costing over £100 each, or 10 or more services costing over £50 each, within one year (counted from the first or qualifying visit over 365 days).
Qualification is automatic upon meeting the conditions, and the Participant will be informed by the Organiser.
III. DETAILED PROVISIONS
Participants are entitled to a 20% discount on each subsequent service (after using 5 services over £100 each, or 10 or more services over £50 each within a year).
Membership lasts 12 months from qualification.
From the qualification date, a new qualifying year begins.
Membership is extended by another 365 days if the Participant uses at least 5 services over £100 or 10 or more services over £50 (final price after promotions, discounts, and LOYALTY programme discounts) during the qualifying year.
Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash or sold.
Discounts apply only to regular prices and cannot be combined with other promotions.
IV. TERMINATION OF PARTICIPATION
Participants may resign from the Programme at any time, losing all promotional benefits.
The Organiser may exclude Participants immediately if they request cessation of personal data processing, including marketing data, or violate the Terms and Conditions.
Participants wishing to leave the LOYALTY programme should notify the Organiser.
V. PROGRAM DURATION
The Programme duration is indefinite.
The Organiser reserves the right to suspend or end the Programme at any time, informing Participants by posting notices on www.thecarmenrose.com and at The Carmen Rose premises.
VI. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
The data controller for Participant personal data is THE CARMEN ROSE LTD.
Participant data is used solely for the purposes described in these Terms and is not shared with partners or unauthorised third parties.
Providing data is voluntary. Participants have the right to access, correct, or update their data.
Upon termination of participation, the Organiser ceases to process the Participant’s personal data related to the Programme.
VII. FINAL PROVISIONS
The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time during the Programme. Changes take effect upon publication on www.thecarmenrose.com and at The Carmen Rose premises.
Participants are encouraged to stay updated on Programme news and exclusive promotions.

By joining, the Participant declares they have read and accepted these Terms without objections.
